Fax/Sms message sent to Our Respected CMD BSNL by Our National President Shri P N Perumal for immediate Approval of legally and Democratically newly elected Sewabsnl CHQ Governing body.All CHQ,Circle, and branch Office bearers are also requested to send fax messages/sms to the CMD BSNL immediately with a copy to Dr Udit Raj Hon'ble Member of Parliament and Chairman Confederation.

The Respected CMD BSNL, Corporate office New Delhi. Respected Sir, The 3rd AIC of Sewabsnl conducted at solapur in Maharashtra is as per our bye laws and guidelines of Bsnlco. Election held in a Democratic process. Election is conducted by the Official Observers and Returning Officer nominated by Sholapur BSNL management as per the bye law provisions and in accordance with Law.But CLO(SCT) Shri Ram shakal is acting in Biased manner and and illegally Supporting /Encouraging Some Vested interests those who are working against Sewabsnl and the Unity of SC/ST Employees.He is the route Cause for all the problems.Due to his continuous Intentional one side activities,Our newly elected CHQ GB is not Accorded Approval Yet by the BSNL management.

Hence,We humbly request  Our Beloved CMD BSNL to immediately Accord approval for our newly elected sewabsnl CHQ body without any further delay and further request you to immediately shift/ Transfer Shri Ram shakal from the post of CLO(SCT) as he has Totally failed to perform his duties as CLO(SCT) and supporting illegal group to defunct Sewabsnl.
