BSNL Corporate Office, especially CLO (SCT) Shri. Ram Shakal is adopting delay tactics to process approval for legally and democratically elected new CHQ Governing body of SEWABSNL in the 3rd AIC held at Solapur on 29th & 30th September 2014.
In this regard, CHQ Governing Body Meeting held on 15.11.2014 at New Delhi had unanimously decided to hold a mass Dharna in front of BSNL Corporate Office, New Delhi on 09.12.2014 at 10.30 hrs.A ultimatum was also given to the BSNL Corporate Office on 17.11.2014 vide Ltr. No.Sewabsnl CHQ/2014-16/11 stating that if the approval is not granted by the BSNL Management on or before 25.11.2014, then the SEWABSNL in the larger interest of SC/ST Employees across the country will be constrained to hold a peaceful mass Dharna in front of Bharat Sanchar Bhawan New Delhi on 09.12.2014 to redress our grievances thereof.
But even after expiry of deadline, the CLO (SCT) has not made any efforts to process the recognition to newly elected CHQ body of SEWABSNL. Instead, he is provoking the members of SEWABSNL by encouraging Anti social elements and those working against the aims and interest of SEWABSNL. Due to the biased, negligent Intentional and illegal attitude of the CLO (SCT), a unrest situation has been developed.
